Stanley E. Elcock is a 3rd generation Professional Civil Engineer, owner of SEE Engineering, co-owner of patent 5,920,938 and has over 25 years experience in the design and construction of buildings, highways, bridges, temporary systems, and construction management. Recent publications and awards: Collaboration on the Rock Creek Bridge Project and demonstration of patent 5,920,938 on the Smith Point Bridge in Humboldt County. He is the chairman of the City of Arcata’s Transportation Safety Committee, Vice-Chairman of the Transactions User Tax Oversight Committee, a Board member of the Arcata Economic Development Corporation serving on the loan committee, and a member of the Humboldt Builders Exchange, and a Rotarian.
